Comments to the video:
  • 1. Placing and removing the device is done in less than 5 minutes, both visits combined, by low cadre nurses (this video is an older version, with a physician).
  • 2. The drape in the Removal procedure is no longer recommended or used in the field.
  • 3. In this video, the man had thin foreskin, therefore the inner ring was extracted with no spatula.
  • 4. Dermal anesthetic cream can be used during placement – it is our recommended practice.
